Where can we park our vehicle?
We have a large parking area which can fit any type of vehicle. Buses and trailer trucks can park safely at Wampex Guest House Accommodation .
Can we bring our pets?
Pets are not allowed at Wampex Guest House Rustenburg Accommodation
Is there a breakfast included in our stay?
At Wampex Guest House we only do Accommodation, we do not provide any meal.
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Yes, all rooms are serviced daily from 09:00 to 12:00. For long-stay guests who will be staying in the rooms all day, you will be required to advise when rooms can be serviced to ensure the room is serviced.
Can I smoke in the establishment?
No. Our Guest House is a 100% non-smoking establishment. We want to offer our customers a healthy environment. As per the latest anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-metre radius of every door and window of the establishment. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the inside our rooms. Thank you for your cooperation.
Do you charge for linen stains and breakages?
Due to the costs involved in removing stains and replaced damaged/broken room facilities, there will be a surcharge for stained linen, depending on the treatment required to remove the stains. Where the linen stains are not treatable, a full-replacement charge will be levied. The spoiled linen is available to the guest to take with them. Guest House staff therefore checks the rooms with the guest on check-out to avoid any misunderstandings.
